"Scrappy was one of my three favorite dogs of all time. He was very people friendly and loved playing the spring pole. A spring pole is a strong spring (like a garage door spring) hanging from a tree or some type of post. Most Pit Bulls love playing Tug-o-War with the spring. Like a treadmill, some people wrongly assume it is used to train for dog fighting. While this is true, there are many people such as myself who would never fight their dog; but use the spring pole as a means for the dog to enjoy recreation, burn off excess energy and stay healthy." read more...

 Link Exchange

What is a Link Swap/Link Exchange?
A Link Swap (or Link Exchange) is a term used when two website creators decide to list eachothers websites for free. This is purely for advertisings sake, though it helps to have your website listed on another of common interest.

DGGTF's Link Swaps:
Here are the cateogries of links I've agreed to list on the forum that have agreed to list the forum on their website.

How Can I Exchange Links with DGGTF?
If you would like to do a Link Swap with me, post the following code and information on your website, e-mail me with a link to your site as well as where the link is displayed and I will get back to you on further swaping instructions within 10 days.

Code:
<a href="http://doggonegood.proboards62.com/index.cgi">Dog Gone Good Training!</a> - A new and growing community of dog lovers where the main goal is focused on fun and education! Join and discuss everything there is to know about dogs!

Can I do a Link Swap with the Dog Gone Good Training Website?
No. I do not do link exchanges on the DGGT Website. I've been asked to do so in the past but have decided not to. If you would like to add the website link to your website feel free, but in doing so I am not obligated to list your website on mine. However, if you would like to do a link exchange and you want to list the website and not the forum, arrangements can be made where you add the website link to your website and I will add your website link to the FORUM Link Exchange.

Why don't I do Link Swaps on the website?

Because I don't see the point. I've already got one going on here there would be no point in having two lists of the same websites. Also I would like to keep the Website as clean as possible. The only links you will find to outside websites (besides the forum) are on informational articles regarding those subjects.

Please don't waste my time asking to do a Link Swap with the website unless you will agree that your website will be listed on the Dog Gone Good Training FORUM and not the website.

A directory is a website that advertises and neatly organizes other websites related to a specific subject. Below is a list of dog directories.

  • Canada's Guide to Dogs - DGGT Approved, website listed
  • Dog Club
  • Dog Directory
    DoctorDog's Pet Directory
  • I-Love-Dogs! - Discover all you could ever want to know about dogs, get lots of free dog stuff, and interact with dog owners from around the world in our informative dog forums at I-Love-Dogs.com!
  • Pets 4 You - offers information about dogs cats, birds, dog rescues, dog training, dog pictures, pet supply, breeders of dog breeds such as the Bulldog, Beagle, Dachshund, Poodle, Pug, Yorkie, Doberman, Maltese, Golden Retriever, Labrador, and more pet related information.
  • Puppy Site - an online directory of dog websites that are family friendly. Breeders are listed but only those approved (not puppy mills or back yard breeders)

Please Note that any information on the websites listed at these directories or at the directories themselves have not been approved by Dog Gone Good Training. Please use caution and common sense when browsing these websites.

Below are websites that don't fit into any other cateogry, this may be because they are not dog related.
