Hi all,
Can anyone tell me exactly how Google finds out someone is opening multiple adwords accounts and using vouchers as the first form of payment. Is it via you're pc's ip, the destination URL, or is it something else?
I was wondering because you hear of Google bans, and I was wondering how they found out.
