Temperment: The weimaraner is very protective of it's family, and thus can be very teritorial. If socialized properly at a young age, the possability of agression drops dramatically. They are also highly intelligent, sensitive and problem-solving dogs. As hunting dgos they require lots of exercise from adolescence, and should be introduced to cats and other small animals at a young age, as they often chase and attack small animals.
Health: Concidering the weimaraners deep chest, they are prone to bloat. Hip, elbow and renal dysplasia are also common.
Behaviour Dissorders: Most common behaviour problem among weimaraners is severe separation anxiety. Also agression.
